Planning
Planning the remodel is the longest part of the process. The first important step is taking accurate measurements. If you’d like to order any materials yourself, make sure it will fit in the space. We will set up an onsite consultation to take measurements and talk more in detail about the project while we’re in the space. We will work together to pick out the right materials for your dream bathroom.
Demolition
For a complete remodel, the first step of work will be demolition- removing the old tile, flooring and fixtures. Demolition is a structured and controlled process. Much care is taken into making sure plumbing and electrical work is not damaged. Although this is a messy process, we will make sure your home is clean by protecting surrounding areas with dust scrubbers and flooring protection.
Remodel
The last step is to finish up the project! We begin by Drywalling the walls then painting the walls with the color that has already been chosen. We will then begin the tile installation with the tile and design that was picked out in the beginning of the process. The final step is to add the finishing touches such as new lighting and fixtures. This will bring the vision into reality.
